Re: Two Factor authentication
VisionX itself is only the platform and doesn't contain authentication mechanism. The authentication mechanism are available via application frame or the underlying frameworks.
So, currently we have username/pwd authentication, but it's also possible to use different authentication mechanism like QR auth.
We have customers with oauth2 instead of username/password.
But in general, multi-factor authentication is always custom and every environment has different requirements. You decide if you want to use SMS or a QR code or a different solution.
VisionX supports different authentication mechanism but it only creates applications with standard application frame which offers username/password dialog.
It's no problem to replace the login dialog or to customize the application frame.
So the answer to your question is Yes, VisionX supports different authentication mechanism, but the default application frame only contains username/password authentication.
