We finished the test and everything is fine in our environment. So, it must be something specific with your setup.
To find out what's going on, please start VisionX manually, with following steps:
Open a terminal and execute:
- Code: Select all
open -e /Applications/VisionX.app/Contents/Resources/Java/logging.properties
(opens the log configuration)
Add following at the end:
- Code: Select all
com.sibvisions.visionx.DesktopLauncher.level = ALL
(enables logging)
- Code: Select all
cd /Applications/VisionX.app/Contents/Resources
(changes the working directory)
(one line, no enter)
- Code: Select all
/Applications/VisionX.app/Contents/Resources/runtime/bin/java -jar /Applications/VisionX.app/Contents/Resources/Java/visionxloader.jar
(starts VisionX)
The console output will show additional information about the issue.
